Had to do own customization to get it assembled.
Bolts were the wrong size. Rods that hold the dummy to the bracket had to be sanded to fit through the opening. No striking pads included.

mis information had to order my pads seperate
had to cut out so the mounting boards would fit also could not find out how to contact seller so I ordered my own pads. the add said it came with pads for the money not great should have gotten a wood one

Great customer service!
Originally gave 2 stars for a few reasons. Striking pads were not included as advertised, the leg was badly scratched when we received it, and the mounting bars didn’t fit through the steel body. One quick email to the company, and we received all new replacement parts and pads within a week at no charge. Now assembled in the dojo! Great customer service from manufacturer!

Missing parts
The leg on the wooden man was badly scratched, the wooden brackets that hold the body up didn't fit. They were the wrong size. It didn't come with the striking pads.
