Shaker Needed
Mix does not dissolve in cold water when you just stir it. You have to shake it up really well to get it to dissolve in a cold beverage. It tastes best mixed with water and lemonade.

I would not buy this again, it was a lot of money but worth it IF IT WORKED.Even if it helped I would not buy this again it has an artificial sugar taste.Live and learn, buy and learn, hopefully this will be helpful to some.
