standard, not a 10-key
I was looking for a portable ten-key calculator since I'm an account who travels a lot. I thought this was just like a desktop printing one and it is not. It's a great calculator, but not what I need. I need one that when you type in "2+++", you get 6. I don't want to have to type 2+2+2=. Unfortunately I missed the return window so I guess it off to the next garage sale!

Great Calculator - but Difficult to Read Display
Love this calculator EXCEPT the screen (number display) is dim and difficult to read! I had a Texas Instruments calculator just like this one for many years and it finally quit, so I was thrilled to find this. The keypad is large, comfortable, and responsive -- I can go 90 miles an hour adding up numbers! However, when I need the total, I often have to tip the screen toward me so I can see them well. I've thought about setting it on some type of small wedge, but haven't gotten around to doing that. I shouldn't need to. All the manufacturer would have to do is tip the display screen forward a half inch and the issue would be solved!
