Definitely not recommended.
The main issue is the cuffs have zero give. The material used is not meant for a hoodie cuff. The actual body of the shirt has plenty of room, if I had larger wrists I would not be able to get it on. I can't even pull the sleeves up to my elbow. It allows for little movement and is not comfortable.
