This is a must if you have a crappy body 😆
I absolutely recommend this especially with Trigger Point Pilates… I’ve not been able to get my back, flat against the floor since I had my son & after 10 minutes on this with the correct stretches & then removing, I can lay and feels like heaven… Also helps me stand up straight if my back goes…

High quality roller
I find this roller very relaxing to lie on. I bought it to help with my poor shoulder mobility. Time will tell if it helps but very pleased so far.

Instruction not necessarily a requirement, wasn't expecting so...
Got asked about pain relief, sturdiness and instruction but personal preference comes in regarding the firmness of any foam roller and this is firm. What I was slightly disappointed in was on picture it looked slightly more rounded off finish, yet it is doesn't look quite so smooth on receipt otherwise as expected
