snapped a buckle on my ruck sack needed a replacement, so i got these so that i had a spare few. good well made and well fitting buckle to be honest. happy with them.

Really good and strong hold

An easy fix for a broken lap strap buckle on my 5-year-old backpack. But a finger on the new clip snapped off after about 4 months use, however with six in the pack I simply fitted another one. And as it slides on the strap without and sewing it's a quick and simple job. If each clip lasts as did the first one then I reckon these buckles should see me through another three years hiking and probably outlast the backpack, so for the low price I figure reasonable value.

Am/was fixing a broken clip on a rucksack. Unfortunately, I could not easily use this particular order, as did not fit existing clip, and did not relish having to manually sew through the thick strap (actually both, as top and bottom clips then needed). That's last resort. Intend reordering something, later!

Not as large as the original Karrimor clips or have as long sides. Not tried yet so no details on sturdiness or durability.
