Well, i received product ontime as committee. But I could install product with quite difficulty as per manual.key was not accepted. So I asked for help to merchant and there was prompt response. However I myself downloaded software from manufacturers website and then key was accepted. However system mechanic has not increased speed of my pc at all

I had problems with this. True, Iolo has a high rating. But the problems I faced were:1. The link to download gave an older version of SystemMechanicPro. As soon as I logged in it directed to load the newer version. But from there I was directed to Iolo site, where I was asked to purchase with no option for free/trial download. After considerable search I got a link for trial version. From there installation & activation were easy.2. But a more serious problem appeared. When the malware/virus scan was going on, the system crashed with "PC ran into .... Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap. This went on about 3 times, and then I lost count. Initially this happened on virus scan around 70-80% compilation. But then it recurred even when the System Mechanic was not logged in.By the way, my system is i7, 16 GB Win10 up-to-date with all the updates. It was robust with no crashes for a long time. In fact, I don't remember when it crashed, if at all.Then I decided time has reached to uninstall SM. I did and reinstalled my older antivirus and maintenance software. So far it is holding.

i already have a antivirus installed , but it keep forcing me to run its own one( , the only reason why i want to install it to speed up my system not for antivirus ...it's very annoying

Irritates us with the popup for updates that doesn't go till you click. Very much disturbing and irritating when you're running full screen apps such as games as you need to get out of game to close the popup. If you're into gaming, stay away from this. The good doesn't offset this bad.

The Activation key purchased is rejected by IOLO. The tracing and installation is very difficult and the key can not be copied or pasted. Waste of Purchase and IOLO must be informed that customers can not be expected to be that smart for this kind of installations. Narayana Moorthy
