Fiskars Circle Cutter makes perfect circles
I bought this because no matter what I do I could never seem to cut a complete perfect circle. This tool is so nice because can cut different sizes of circles. It was very nice that it comes with three replacement blades. It's a very durable and easy to use. I like it's stability, it will keep cutting without fail. I have cut colored paper and cardstock. It's very versatile to use in different ways. You can cut circles out to use in scrapbooking, journaling, making cards etc. You can also cut out a circle hole if you want to have a card with a circular hole in it. Save the hole that was cut out for something else. You can always count on the Fisker name. They make great products. It does a great performance and I highly recommend this product

Takes some practice
First of all I am not just using this just to cut paper, which it does nicely. I also use it to cut acetate circles, thats what takes a little practice. Pro: gives you 3 cutting heads easily cuts paper circles Con: size markers and arrows tough to see and line up, making it hard to cut the right size the first time. instructions not made for old eyes.

Works well if you know the trick to make it work
Works very well if you know that you need to press down on two parts to get it to cut smoothly. With one hand you press on the central button to hold it in place, and with the other hand you press down AND turn to cut. Just turning the out side dial doesn't really work. A bit hard to use but does a good job once you figure that out.

Fiskars Fail
Very difficult to cut an accurate circle around an image/photograph. Truly Impossible to see the marks for sizing. Great idea but very poor execution. Needs improvement

Surprised At The Quality from the Fiskars Name! HIGHLY OVERPRICED!
This Circle Cutter from Fiskars is surprisingly not that great of quality especially considering how well their products usually are. I needed something that would cut perfectly shaped circles evenly every time & obviously even if you trace something & cut with scissors they will not be perfectly aligned so off to Amazon I went & came across this. Being in the crafting business for umpteen years now I know the Fiskars name & the quality they bring to their products....well, this one I don't know what they were thinking or what happened???!!!! The numbers inside where you NEED to see to set the size of the circle you want is barely visible to the naked eye and yes, I realize I wear bifocals and I am a bit older so I asked my Grandson who has perfect vision, 14yrs old & even he admits, it's an awful read. Terrible placement, terrible clear color on clear acrylic! So now you are wasting tons of time trying to find the size ion hopes that you have it right...hold the thing still so it doesn't move to find out you weren't on the right number after all.....so frustrating! I have found a little bit of a work around for now by using the outside numbers, but that will not always work if I need other sized circles.....debating whether to return while I still have a few days left. Comes with three replacement blades, that are easily stored inside little compartments so they don't fall out. Blades that come with it aren't that sharp-do cut but had to cut through several times. Would definitely recommend getting replacement blades. Remember cutting paper dulls blades quickly also so you will go through a lot unless you can find really good sharp ones on Amazon. At $27.58 (at time of posting this, 10/16/25) I think that is an EXUBERANT amount of money to ask for this especially given the overall quality. I'm really disappointed from you Fiskars, not sure what happened but the mark was certainly missed on this product!

Falls short on full cut
This review is based on the Fiskars cutter that I received 2.17.24 (maybe there was a production flaw with it) Saw this product and was super happy, great this will help me with the 400+ circles of all sizes I need. Brought this for a major project, picked this one because of the maker Fiskars and the reviews; I have to say I am extremely disappointed, as it being a Fiskars product I truly expected great performance and quality unfortunately I got poor to mediocre performance and low grade quality. Performance - 1. The blade tended to skip areas of the paper/cardstock, I had to repeatly go over the area a 3- 5 times to get it to cut and still sometimes it wouldn't cut which left me to hand cut (via scissors or exacto knife) the circle. 2. I didn't find that it gave good precise cuts as I was sitting using the cutter so I stood up while using to have more control/balance...same cutting (or should I say semi-cutting) results, I had to hand cutout the parts that were skipped over; basically I wound up doing double work. 3. The "stopper" needle was an issue for 2 reasons A). The indent from the center needle didn't give my project a good look. B). Maneuvering the base while holding the button down was as issue at most times (as I turned it under my hand, I would have to shift my hand slightly therefore releasing the button) the needle would shift causing the circle to be slightly off. 4. The measurements indicator arrow is hard to as it is clear, I suggest the company either make the arrow indicator a different color or place it somewhere different. Quality- 1. The blade is EXTREMELY short and doesn't last long (I attempted 120 circles on 176gsm cardstock, (after the 42 good ones and 18 not so good and 10 I couldn't save/use I stopped), the blade dulled out (I now understand why it comes with 2 extra blades); A LOT of cardstock was wasted. 2. I tried cutting out circles using cereal boxes opposed to cardstock, I did get a little better cut but had to go over the circle 2 times for it to come out. All in all this cutter didn't live up to the expectations I had, I was doing double to triple work, i.e. cutting out the areas that were skipped over or missed entirely and/or painting the cardboard circles the color I needed them (that was less time consuming than trying to cutout the cardstock). If your a person with hand dexterity issues this cutter will have you work harder not easier. Between the continuous circling with the cutter and fussy cutting out the faux pas my fingers, hand/forearm was tired. Returning for refund.

Circle cutter
The circle cutter is excellent for cutting out circles on plain card/paper, but if you want to cut out an image with a defined circular border, its very difficult to find the center of the image you want to cut out, with the orange push handle at the top. Wasted so many photocopies.

Très pratique !
Très pratique. Attention, sur certains supports, peut glisser et se déplacer. Rien à redire sinon.
