QUORN Meatless & Soy Free Gourmet Burgers, 11.3 Oz ( Pack of 12)

Quorn burgers have been my favorite meatless burgers since I first began eating them. Kroger carried them for several years, but then stopped selling them. I think it has something to do with the fact they were originally made in the UK and may still come from there. I don't know. I'm just happy to be able to have them again. They taste great on a sprouted muffin with avocado and tomato.

I wasn't expecting much when I purchased these, but was really pleasantly surprised when I simply warmed one in a pan with a small amount of olive oil. I was too tired to worry about what to add to it, as I usually have to do with other no-meat burgers, mainly to mask their taste a little. I didn't even add seasoning. Two pieces of whole grain bread and the burger. These are seriously good, and was happy I had given them a chance. You will need some freezer space for these, as there are 12 boxes, but after you try one you will possibly clear out those other meatless burgers to accommodate them.

I cooked 4 (4inabox). Very tasty. That means I have 44 burgers in 11 boxes all unfrozen. Package states don't refreeze. Hmmmm.... not sure what I can do.

I am grateful that I could order this through Amazon since out local Safeway has removed it from the freezer section. The texture and taste are wonderful. On the NOOM program I believe it is in the Yellow category while many other meatless products are in the red category. Even my meat eating family like this.
