Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour, 22oz (Pack of 4) - Non GMO, Vegan, Kosher

The product is great but in a few months Amazon has increased the cost almost 10 dollars - what a rip off! There is no reason for this as it is an American made product.

Gluten Free! You wouldn’t know the difference. It’s like everyday flour without the side effects.

Because I have a corn sensitivity to go with my gluten intolerance, I can't use many of the gluten-free flours on the market. But this Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Flour has been excellent. It has truly been a 1-to-1 exchange in recipes, and everything I make with it tastes great.

Always good to have gluten-free flour!! it’s hard to find good products in the store that you can trust and I’ve used this for gravy, which is very nice. I may start baking bread again and it’s good to have this on hand. I cannot taste the difference between regular flour and using Bob’s which is good because the grandkids can complain if there’s something different. Not in this case. Five stars.!

I have been super impressed by this flour. I have used it for cookies, german pancakes, pancakes, and pies and it has worked so good. Often I can't even tell it is gluten free. I have also used it in making bread and it worked pretty good for that too.

I used this flour to make pancakes. They turned out well, but the texture wasn't exactly the same as what regular flour provides.

It's great gluten free flour, the only one I'll use.

I love this flour. Now I can make all my favorite recipes gluten free without having to adjust the recipe.
