The absolute best tool for working those nasty knots
Absolutely wonderful tool. It's not magic so don't expect to feel 100% better after a single use but if you give it some time, you'll absolutely experience improvement. I've been dealing with soreness in my quads and hip flexors for years and in just two weeks, I'm feeling some incredible differences. I always stretch, foam roll, etc. but this is far and away the best thing that's worked for me. It's a great quality tool and will probably last your lifetime. I typically use coconut oil but I'm sure any lubricant with sufficient viscosity will work just fine. I can feel every bump and ripple as the tool glides across my muscles making it easy to identify my trouble spots. It can hurt at times but it's definitely the good kind of hurt. The tool is worth every penny when you consider how much a single appointment for Graston costs. My house has practically turned into a physical therapy clinic. My wife, mother and I each use the tool on ourselves and each other. To that point, I sometimes find it difficult to hit every spot on my own so you'll likely get a lot more out of the tool if you have someone else willing to use it on you from time to time. The only negative I can think of is that the handles can get very slippery depending on what kind of lubricant you use. I would absolutely purchase again. Zero regrets!

Equivalent to Graston brand quality
I’m a physical therapist and this is equivalent to similar handlebar tool from Graston kit. The weight of the tool and shape of the edge are perfect for instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. It’s also easy and safe enough to educate patients to use on themselves without causing fatigue or aching of the hands. Very happy to have a high quality tool that didn’t require the purchase of a $2500 set! It’s still not a terribly cheap instrument but heavy duty, heavy weighted steel instruments that are quality enough to use in a clinic are rarely this cheap either! Worth the price tag

If you want a truly professional grade product, this is it. It is as good as the $300 models from Grastin.
I paid a little extra for the additional functionality and I'm very glad I did. I have problems all over my body -- knees, calves, hands, thumbs, arms, elbows, shoulders, back, and neck. This handy device handles it all.

Not all stainless steel, came with chip marks
This is a solid tool, but not completely stainless steel. It came with some chips and scratches (not sure that it's new, maybe came already used), so you can see that it's black beneath the shiny coating. While it's less expensive than some of the other graston tools out there, it's still a pricey item that shouldn't come damaged or less than adverised. Debating whether or not to return for a refund.

Works just as well as graston
My OT uses Graston tools to help with scar tissue on my hand from a trauma and 4 surgeries. While this is not a graston tool, it is a spectacular and comfortable tool for me to use inbetween sessions.

Better than spending 100's!!!
Going through physical therapy for my IT bands and my therapist used a device exactly like this one at the end on my legs. It felts soooo good on my IT bands as it works out the fascia that lays over the IT band hence helping me. This one looks exactly like the one she used but a different brand - hers cost a couple of hundred dollars as it was bought through a medical site. Now I can do it at home after I work out plus I've used it on other parts of my body. It does help to know how to properly hold it and how to go along the area you are working out. Plus each side is used for different things.

it works
i was seeing a physical therapist for some back and leg pain, i would joke with a friend who was also seeing the same therapist that she had used the brass knuckles on me that session. Anytime she used this i felt tension released in my back and legs. so when i stopped seeing her i picked this up to keep at home, anytime i feel like im getting tight i take this out and start working out those areas and it releases all the tension and i feel good again, yes its a little high in price but worth every penny

Great weight, 4 edges in 1 tool, comfortable in hand
I just received this tool and love the weight of it, the double beveled edges so you can move in both directions during IASTM. It feels comfortable in hand and will work great on larger muscle groups like ITB, Hamstrings and quad. group, gastric and back. Hopefully I can use it on upper traps but it may be a bit too heavy, large for that area depending on the persons bodyframe for application. I would highly recommend this 4 edges in 1 tool. It also comes in a nice leather case to protect it. I will be ordering more tools for other areas with smaller muscle groups from this brand.
