Update 3/16/21: I started these seeds back on 1/20/21 and it’s been almost 2 months now and they’re looking great! The root systems are strong and I feed them a diluted 20-20-20 fertilizer 2-3 times per week. I plan to plant them in the ground in about 3 more weeks once I harden them off.I bought these despite the reviews. Mine germinated great! I overseeded about 2-3 seeds in each cell and have had good results. I do have a few cells that didn’t germinate, so then that could probably be solved by overseeding with 4-5 seeds in each cell, but for the most part I probably have had 95% or more of germination since some cells had multiple seeds germinate. Mine are about 5 weeks old and are looking healthy. I give them a diluted fertilizer twice each week and ensure I give a few days for the soil to dry out some in between waterings. I noticed the directions say they need light; however, pansies actually need darkness to germinate. Once the first couple of seeds have germinated then light can be provided and the rest will continue to germinate. I also didn’t use a humidity dome but ensured they were misted regularly to maintain moisture. This kept the temperatures lower for them which they prefer for germination.

The seedlings are still small. Pancies are usually slow to germinate and grow. But they are looking healthy and there are a LOT of seeds for the money. Worth trying to grow these lovely plants.I will post again when they grow big and start flowering.

I planted these seeds in my greenhouse and in my garden. I did not get one pansy to grow from these two packets All that grew was nothing but WEEDS they look like CHIGK WEEDS. All my work in planting these seeds was a waste of time you should be ASHAMED for selling these seeds as SWISS GIANT PANSY SEEDS

Sprouting attemps indoors for a few dozen and outdoors for others have been successful in late April in CT. More reviews when)if they flower.

Thank you for fast shipping however I grow flowers all the time and these have not grown they have sprouted and I am worried they will not be fully grown until next summer

I love pansies and have been searching for heirloom seeds. I haven’t planted these yet but they came well packed According to the package to the package they come in a variety of colors. Once they bloom I’ll rate them again.
