 Ordered my bundles (22,24,26), this company was recommended by a stylist I know who has bought the hair before. When I first opened it, the hair was tightly packed in a white box, bundles inside their own plastic. Bundles had no smell or tangles. I deep conditioned the bundles and let them air dry until my hair appointment yesterday. So far I love the quality, the hair became extremely soft after deep conditioning with a guarantee of no tangles or shedding. I'm receiving so many compliments. My sister even said she's ordering now, I'll let you know my final review when I'm done wearing the hair. Only thing is, on kapelli's insta it says this hair was upgraded to 9a so I don't know whether I got 7a hair or 9a package did not say.Second install with this hair. True to its length still. & still getting compliments on how pretty the hair is always. Had to come back and update you all

Received the hair last saturday. The was a bit staticky so before i had got it installed i washed the hair an removed whatever was on the hair. Once installed the hair has little to no shedding unless your brushing it constantly. I dyed the knots out of my lace closure it lightened the hair some but overall I would recommend this hair to anyone.

The bundles are pretty thin so if you want volume you'll have to use a bit more hair. After a few days there was breakage and shedding so I wouldn't reccomend straightening it too much, and after a while of brushing the shedding was getting annoying. Other than that the hair is soft, silky, and I got a ton of compliments due to how pretty the color is.

This was my first time purchasing real human hair for a sew in. & OMG, the quality of this hair is really good.It did have a slight chemical smell, but it leaves soon after with adding products.It has natural waves, perfect for an everyday look but I do plan to straighten or curl it a little more for date nights and what not.They are double wefted, & the bundles are full, not scraggly once it gets to the end. Full from tip to end, in a flatteringly realistic way.--Only thing that is a kind of a peeve is that the hair does shed when I brush it. Their customers service is great & they actually contacted me before I received my order to wish me well with their product. They gave instructions on how to wash the hair & comb it to lessen the amount of shedding. But overall, its about 3-5 strands in the overall time i brush it. So it's not too bad, realistically.--What I ordered: I got the 18in, 20in, & 22in bundle. I'm 5'2, small/thick frame and it comes down to the top of my butt. Hair comes in a plastic bag, all 3 bundles are wrapped separately. The bag holding all the hair is shipped in a box, nothing snazzy, but it works. So give it a go girl, I loved it & if you know how to work with hair you'll know how to make it even better out of the package.

Just received the hair (on time) . The hair is very soft and the curls are beautiful. No shedding and I've been running my hands through the bundles all day. I'm going to get a sew in with the hair so I'll check back in ;in about a month with an update!! Also forgot to mention the hair came with some MAC lashes
