Wrong description not accurate I returned it

I was looking for a replacement strap for my Fitbit Ace, which I have owned for two years. I had recently noticed that the lower part of the original strap would break away from the device, leaving me with little confidence that it would hold for very long once replaced.I came to Amazon to search, and found this. Very easy to install once you have found the tabs on the back of the Fitbit device, and put each end of the strap onto the corresponding tab. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I have very 6 inches risk, so I ordered a size small, but the straps I received are minuscule, unless you are buying it for a child DO NOT buy size small - they are cheap and they look cheap

I contacted Fitbit several times, regarding my grandsons faulty watch strap, he is 8 years old, and couldn’t remember the email address he used.!! Because of this and much to-ing and fro-ing , I got fed up with them, he had had the watch 3 months, the easiest way around it was to buy a replacement strap from you, and it’s perfectly fine.

Ordered as it says it fits the Alta hr but it doesn’t wrong description. So now I have to return get a refund look again sort the description out it’s false advertisement

My son aged 10 - is tall for his age and also rather heavy set - he is in size 13-14 year old clothes and his wrist are the size of some grown men's - so we needed a larger strap to fit the kid's fitbit - it works perfectly
