I have been using this file for a long time now and it is the best! The stainless steel handle is super durable and easy to sanitize. And I love the course and fine peel n stick strips, they really take down the calluses on the feet and smooths !

I've had multiple foot files for the shower (metal file on one side, emery board on the other. The emery board inevitably comes off and the metal file rusts. So then I buy another one. Pumice? I wonder about bacteria as it just hangs out in my shower.)This is an amazing alternative.Every time you use the file, you stick a new piece of emery board on, so it's always fresh and effective. It comes with two 'strengths' of emery. You can used it in the shower. I usually just use it after the shower so I can sit. It does work on wet/softened feet, or just on dry feet. I like that it is more sanitary and more effective as it's fresh each use. I find the black emery more effective than the white. I don't "routinely" use these so I need the "more grit;" but then I don't follow up with the white to make my feet any "smoother." Perhaps if I gave pedicures for a living I might???TOTALLY recommend this product.

This pedicure file is the one they use in nail salons. It has two different sides one is a fine grit and the other is a larger grit. I would recommend using the finer grit for really dry feet. The nail file comes with replacement grit paper. In nail salons, they use these with an exfoliating lotion after your feet have been soaking in water. I actually prefer to do it when my feet are dry and then apply lotion. It works really well. I actually give these as gifts!

The only foot file I will use on my clients. Attach a fresh grit sticker for each client, peel the sticker off and toss it after each use. Put the file in the dishwasher and it's ready for the next use! Any sticker residue is easily removed with a bit of goo gone.If using for personal use, could probably get two to three uses per grit sticker.

I first came across this file at a Spa in the Caribbean. Loved how my feet felt after. Bought it and Wao, what a difference it makes on my pedicure routine. It’s very high quality, easy to clean too. Make sure to dry it after washing it and stored it in a dry place

OMG this thing is GREAT!!! I bring it with me to get my pedicures and my tech loves it too. The black pads are way to course for my feet but would be good for someone with touch callouses. I used the white pads and those were lighter grit and work great for little work.
