The concept is great, but it needs additional support to keep it straight when using larger tumblers. The pipe is not strong enough to hold the tumblers upright and to slant downward which can make epoxying a nightmare. Works okay for small cups. Very quiet for the first couple uses, but now squeaks the entire time. I do like the dual controls, but not enouch to make me buy again or recommend it.

I gave this product a 1 star because I had to. Turner is loud and makes popping sounds. When the cup is added to the rod and the rod is attached to the turner, the rods lean downward which causes the epoxy and clear coat to roll and settle at the bottom of the cup. I added wood to tilt it backwards and it still didn’t help. Don’t waste your money!

JUNK! I have purchased several of these because I needed the extra capacity in a pinch and one virtually exploded on the second use, and all the others have such loose arms that the cups droop and come out uneven. DO NOT BUY IT. I was pleased at first but now that they have seen some use, they’re just trash.

I like this item because I use 40 oz cups and I am able to face the turners opposite of each other to spin simultaneously. The metal rods are a little unstable but work fine. I did have to attach a towel to metal rod because foam that comes with turner was not enough. Lastly the motor stopped after 2 weeks on one turner. I'm giving it one more try and returning for a replacement. Overall, it's an okay item.

The concept for this device is great; however, it needs improvement. The metal bars that come off the motor are loose and lean downwards. No matter what you do, your cups will never be straight because of the wiggle room of the bar where it attaches.My suggestion would be to add support for the bar to lean on to ensure it’s even. I’m pretty sure I will be returning this because it’s no use to me if the epoxy continues to run to the bottom of the cups instead of staying in place.

The red foam sent with the turners is not enough for a 30 oz. Cup. You have to use both sections of foam for this to work. And also 2 30oz cups cannot be turning at the same time there is not enough room. The Turner is a great design it is very stable

Came broken. One of the spinners didnt spin. Sent it back

Doesn’t keep cups on turner looking to buy a different brand
