A nice touch was a phone call prior to delivery it arrived (very heavy package) installation was quite straight forward if a little tricky at times. well worth the money, sturdy and well made. looks classy when finished I would recommend to anyone.

Looks really good and legs are sturdy but roof pools with water and have had to nail wooden battens to pull roof taught to prevent pooling

Absolutely shocking service, purchased this gazeebo costing me £400 and it's got various leeks on the seams of the roof. Tried speaking to Sophie on Facebook as I'm constantly ringing the company and no answer and she just says she's not allowed to ring out and hasn't got permission to call me. Asked her to get someone to call me from customer service and ignored my messages. Gazeebo is strong and sturdy but leaking in. Absolutely shocking customer service.

This is very easy to erect. You need two people to make it an easier assemble and put the canopy on.The only problem is the length of the curtains,they are too long.We have tied them up off the ground.We are very pleased with this and would recommend it to anybody.

We bought this in August 2020, struggled to fit the canopy as this needs to fit snugly, 2021 we set up again and realised that again the canopy was an issue to fit, trying to get the corners fitted caused the pockets to rip, we persevered and used tape to cover the ends. This year the canopy gave up, several areas split and we were unable to get the canopy to stay in one piece, the frame is very sturdy but the canopy let's this down, a lot of money to pay for two years usage.

We've been looking for a gazebo that we could leave up all year round (minus the canvas roof and walls) and this fits what we were looking for perfectly.Points:- It comes in a single very heavy box, with all the parts well packed.- Putting the frame and fabric on took me (6ft 3in) and my wife (5ft 3im) about 60 minutes to do it. It was very straight forward and very similar to putting up a tent.- Drilling the 8 holes into concrete would have taken about 20 minutes, however the instructions, and include anchor bolts had no measurements on them, so the first set we drilled too large. For information you need a 10mm drill bit.Pros:- Looks good- Easy to put up- Provides 360 degree shade if you decide to have all the walls up- Feels stable and secure when anchored to the floorCons:- As others have commented the walls are a little long (10mm too long) and do rub/drag on the floor with the wind.- On 2 sides of the canvas roof there is a brand tag/label sewed in which looks tacky- Lack of measurement on what size drill bit you need for the concrete anchors that are included (10mm)Definitely worth buying.

Just received gazebo did have to wait. But covid. I was dreading helping my husband put it up, but was so easy no need for screwdriver etc . Went up quicker than the string lights I bought to go on it. Looks lovely. I would recommend this gazebo.

Used to house hot tub and garden furniture. Excellent product.
