The knife portion, easily removes for clean but, becareful when poppin in/out the blades. Glove is great but, cant seem to get it truly clean. Comes with hand protector that grips the food so I just use that to protect my hands.

All the instructions were not in English. Only one level of slicing and not adjustable for that feature. As no English was used, you would have had to experiment with all the blades to understand what its use was. Not able to look at it and determine what it was for. In the information that was available to the public, some mention of the language should have been given. I felt like I was duped. I had to give a star to enter this but my real rating is no stars.

This isn’t the Highest quality one of these you can buy, but for the price it’s really good at what it does.

Two of the blades do the same thing and the waffle fly cutter (which is why I bought it) cuts, but not Like in the photo. It cuts more like a potato chip.

I purchased three different mandolines in search of one I really liked.For me simplicity of operation, adjustable cuts, and clean cutting and easyoverall care make for a good kitchen tool. Too many attachments, clumsy design, and poor materialslead to reduced performance.In addition there is no such thing as a "safe mandoline'. Look carefully before youbuy and see it you can try our a few from neighbors to see what pertormance really is.

Washed up perfectly in the dishwasher! Used it to chop potatoes for scalloped potatoes and it performed well. Very sharp and simple to use.

This product is very cheaply made, I would not pay more than $6.00 for it. I did not use it so I could not say whether it works well, but it felt like it would easily fall apart after a single use. I am returning it.

Interchangeable plates very useful. Tiny slots for storage makes easy accessibility and does not get lost
