I used Intense Dark brown, it's beautiful. Hides Grey. Everytime I try another color I'm disappointed

This shade has a neutral base and is a high lift formula which requires two parts 40 volume developer to one part color. It gives 4 levels of lift and is the most lightening possible in one step without bleach. I use this shade on my daughter-in-law's neutral dark blond hair (level 6) which results in a very light blond. Koleston runs one level dark because it's made in Europe where the level system is different. This shade has a neutral base which means it cannot color correct (will not neutralize the hair's undertones). For color correction, you need to know the key to the base color numbers: 1=ash (green-neutralizes red tones), 2=blue (neutralizes orange tones), 3=gold, 4=red, 5=red/violet, 6=violet (neutralizes yellow tones), 7=brown (unique to Koleston), 8=blue (in lighter shades), 9=cendre (gold-in lighter shades). The number to the left of the slash mark is the level. A level 12 means the shade is a high-lift formula. I have used Koleston for many years and would never go back to drugstore color. There is simply no comparison. There are an infinite number of shade possibilities and the hair doesn't dry out or become brittle. The color stays true and the shine lasts until the next application. Half a tube of 12/0 is sufficient for one root touch up since it's mixed with two parts 40 volume developer. One full tube is enough for a full head of shorter hair. I would never have found the perfect blond had I not discovered Koleston. It simply wasn't possible with drugstore color, and believe me I tried. This shade, 12/0, gives my daughter-in-law her perfect almost-platinum blond. And her hair (and mine) are in great condition. I have paid more than twice as much for Koleston on other sites and while it's worth it at any price, I'm glad it's available now on Amazon. I highly recommend Koleston and this particular shade.

Everything out of date as you can see from pictures . Can't use any of it . Waste of money and worrying they can sell out of date product's
