Lexx 4-Stroke Silencer Packing

The value is pretty good for the price, Lexx 22"x15" sheet compared to the 4"x14" FMF packing.The material is a lot more dense than I had imagined it would be. I bought it to repack a couple Emgo Shorty mufflers (still enough material to repack them a 2nd time probably). It was a pain in the butt to get the packing squeezed back into the muffler, but finally managed to get it after awhile.Before I repacked them, the mufflers were obnoxiously loud. All of the packing was blown out. So after I repacked them, I expected the sound to be substantially quieter. But when I fired up the bike, the volume of the exhaust didn't change much, but I noticed that the tone did change for the better, so I'm happy with it.*WARNING* you WILL be covered in fiberglass by the time you're finished. Be prepared.

Its a good product for the money. The only downside is the fibers stick to everything and fall off easily. Also, It has a undesirable smell when it starts to burn off at first. But it got my dBs down so it did what it was supposed to.

Worked very good to repack my HMF Performance silencer, had to trim a few inches of excess but seems like a fair price, will see how it holds up.

The pipes on my 85 Guzzi are Dunstall replica which were loud to the point of being obnoxious. I had never wrapped bafflers prior to this and there was a learning curve. Despite my best efforts I could only get half of the baffler wrapped and fitted back into the exhaust. Wow, the improvement was astounding. This is a really good product.

M/C exhaust packing blew out,needed repacking and this fit bill.

Easy to use, easy to cut. Repacked an old Fmf Q4 that came on a recent secondhand bike. Had to cut into 3 sections because of pipe design and it was super easy to do. Nice dense material and plenty of it.

Great stuff, nice and thick, I didn't wear gloves or wet it and had no problems. My bike is much quieter, even quieter than it was brand new and I have enough to wrap my baffle 4 times.
