SUKUOS Pill Cutter Finger Protect Pill Splitter with Retracting Blade Guard and Storage

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Arrived today, nice little cutter, it has a finger protector so unless you press down the blade won’t be exposed. The rubber bit is useful to keep the tablet in place and also the little compartment is useful to slide the halves down.

This worked ok for a short time but got much worse after a couple of months and has now broken completely. The V shaped guide is not sturdy enough and it didnt take long at all before my dogs tablets were breaking very uneven with bits splintering off and crumbling.This will probably work fine for softer tablets which have a groove on them as a guide for splitting but I don't recommend for film coated tablets which don't have an indent/groove for splitting.

The pill splitter works well with smaller tablets but couldn't nearly accommodate 1500 mgm MSM caplet. I could get the whole tablet down, but would have preferred something smaller; my wife couldn't manage. It was not possible to fit the caplet even in the widest part of the V shaped pill holder, nor to split it longitudinally. Any (sensible) suggestions please.

I use this to cut up my dogs' YuMove tablets. I struggle with arthritis in my hands/wrists but I can just about use this which is great. The only downfall is it can be a little fiddly when moving the tablets but that's with all these pill cutters.

I was fed up trying to cut small pills in half so purchased this gadget - I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with it's ease of use and accuracy. Worth getting if you want to halve pills with accuracy.

Not as expected. It is absolute rubbish. Have now thrown it away as it does not cut . Hard to push the cutter down and when it does work its not accurate. Worse one I have ever used.

This looks good, but it rarely cuts my thyroid tablet neatly in half. It tends to be 1 slightly uneven 1/2 and the other section is in pieces

This pill cutter is not worth the money. Cuts very unevenly when it cuts at all. End up with a lot of crushed pills unless. I only use it for small pills.
