but it did work as advertised and was fairly happy with it
Purchased this wall mount to hang my road bike out of the way in my garage... I was not impressed with the construction of it, but it did work as advertised and was fairly happy with it. Because of the success, I decided to purchase another in order to move my wife's bike out of the way as well. The second wall mount I received sagged and leaned forward making it appear like the bike was falling and way to heavy for the mount (looks very weird next to the first one). I was contacted by their customer service and the issues was resolved quickly. Pleasure working with the company.

Very poor quality control
It probably works. Haven't set it up yet. But either their quality control is horrible or I got a used one. It came beaten up, paint falling off and literally rusting.

One of two failed under weight of bike.
I purchased 2 of the wall mount brackets. After mounting them on my garage wall, one held up fine when I hung the first bike, the second one collapsed under the weight of the bike. Bikes are the same make and model of mountain bike. Seems the metal tab on the mounting bracket that keeps the mount tube and hooks perpendicular to the wall merely bent up from the bike's weight. One hanger works fine, the second hanger does not. Poor quality control I suppose.

Simple. Effective. Cheap!
Bought these to hang my bikes in our small apartment. They work well and seem well built. Each hanger come with two screws. You will need a stud finder, a drill (with respective bit 1/2” or 3/8” ... I can’t remember), and a 13mm ratchet.

Good Concept, Poor Execution
I really wanted to like this. Unfortunately it bent and sagged as soon as I put my bike on it. I still like the general idea. Wish they would upgrade design/materials to be a bit stronger.

I ATTACHED IT TO MY STUCCO WALL HERE IN FLORIDA EASILY, IT KEEPS THE BIKE NICELY IN PLACE OUT ...
THE DIRZA BIKE HANGER IS SIMPLICITY THAT ABSOLUTELY WORKS. I ATTACHED IT TO MY STUCCO WALL HERE IN FLORIDA EASILY, IT KEEPS THE BIKE NICELY IN PLACE OUT OF DOORS, AND WHEN I LEAVE FLORIDA, IT FOLDS UP AND SAVES SPACE. I'VE BIKED FOR 60 YEARS, HUNG BIKES UP BY THEIR WHEELS, CROSS BARS AND HANDLEBARS, BUT THIS ONE IS THE EASIEST TO INSTALL AND TO SIMPLY LIFT THE BIKE INTO PLACE. THE HANGAR COMES WITH SOME VERY STURDY CONCRETE/WALL MOUNTING HARDWARE--I JUST USED TAPCON SCREWS WITH A 1/4 INCH DRILL TO MOUNT ON THE 40 YEAR OLD STUCCO. WORKED FINE.

Strong and versatile bike storage solution.
I recently acquired a 3rd bicycle and had to figure-out a way to park it in the garage. Floor space is limited so I searched for a product to allow vertical storage for 2 of the 3 bikes. Instead of purchasing an aluminum pole-mount type of bike frame holder, I used standard 2X4s to mount a pair of the Dirza Wall Mount Bike Hangers. A single 2X4 is installed vertically and is fastened to a horizontal 2X4 which is fastened to the existing overhead 2X4 framing in the garage. All framing joints are joined using readily available galvanized structural straps. The Dirza Bike Hangers (very strong and plastic-coated) are then thru-bolted to the vertical 2X4. Very strong way to store your expensive bike.

Save my Salsa
I bought my first one a year ago. It worked well so I ordered another for my Salsa before it got crushed by lawn equipment. My only suggestion is the directions should come with exactly what tools are needed: drill bit size and ratchet or screwdriver type/size.
