Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Dust Filter, Antibacterial Coating Split System AC (Copper, 183EZA, White)

It's been only a few days since we got the ac installed. Can't comment on the energy efficiency right now. But yes, it's definitely value for money, very low ambient noise and very efficient. You should go for this.. The technicians from voltas initially requested us to arrange for a labour, citing lockdown norms that police doesn't allow two people on a bike. We had clearly told the person that it's not at all feasible. Yet, after a day or two they installed. They are very experienced and skilled manpower. In fact very humble and they try to cater to ur needs to the extant possible. Happy with Amazon and voltas☺

Hope this review helps you in decision making process of buying New AC. I purchased this AC and it was delivered to me even before the scheduled delivery time which is great. And the same day of delivery I received the call from the Voltas service center for installation and installation was done very next day of delivery by professional technician very well. No issues regarding installation. When I purchased this AC from Amazon it was rated just 3.5 and this is because of poor and delayed installation service by brand. Still I chose to go for it and my experience was butterly smooth. Ac is also working fine till now although it's rainy season so less operative. But I've some issues as well. Firstly, the description of the product (AC) is not correct. What they show you will not deliver you. Features that helped me or inspired me to buy Voltas AC are not delivered to me. For instance, the description page of product shows self diagnose feature which was missing. Then, horizontal swing feature was also missing. And last but not the least is remote itself yes you read it correctly, remote which is shown in product image is not the remote you gonna get. And you only get to know when your Ac gets unboxed by the professional technician. You get smaller remote then what is shown and in a way promised. And when I asked to technician about the same he said that (shown/promised) such remote is only given with inverter models and not with non-inverter models. It's misrepresentation of the product and because of that you feel being frauded either by company or by Amazon (I've attached the actual photo of the remote for your reference). Because of that you miss out most of the unique features than competition (other brands). So kindly be honest and real with your customers and only show/promise what you can deliver in actual. Otherwise till now, all is good. And keeping these points in your mind you can certainly go for this AC. Hope it helps!! Thank you.😇

I got this in a price of 28.5k ...first of all there is no noise at all in the AC. Cooling is really good, even in temp of 47 degree it is cooling the room easily. I got it installed from 3rd party vendor not from voltas company as they are taking more charges. Overall best AC i would say in this budget. P.S. It's made in india and Tata product so go for it.

its a great product .. in such a heat i am running it at 28 c and it is making my master bedroom supercool. Voltas has never ever given problem to me . I will buy all products of voltas from now on . I have 3 voltas ac and all are great product . made in india also ... super cool thanks tata for such a good product

Worst service by Voltas I got it from Amazon on 25 may 2020 ,it's been more den a week no one turn up for installation . After calling several time to Voltas customer care they are saying today by end of the day will do it at any cost daily they are saying the same words they given me there authorised service center number those people are also not responding .Even I have contacted Amazon customer care they also did not take an action against Voltas . Buying Voltas products from Amazon is waste of time waste of money waste of resources I have bought due heavy summer in my area and now it's June and I am returning the product to Amazon and personallly recommend not to buy Voltas products from Amazon

Product is very good noise level is low so a person can sleep properly without being disturbed. and performance wise good . Can be recommended .Value for money.Can go for it.service is also very good .

product is very good, very fast cooling due to R32 gas, environment friendly, even delivered in lockdawn within 1 day before the stipulated time, up to this i am fully satisfied but battery for remote is not provided and copper connector for connecting copper pipe in indoor unit is not provided even all these item is provided to me in same modal purchased last year from local shop. but for installation part i am very much disappointed,even installation is done on same day but the charges they demanded is very high 1500/- for standard installation+200/- charges for fixing outdoor unit bracket even bracket is provided by me + 100/- charges for wrapping the copper pipe even wrapping tape is provided by me +50/- per feet for extra copper pipe even copper pipe,its insulation, extra wire is provided by me. this is so because i had purchased from amazon but i purchased from a local shop they will charge only 599/- to installation.

Product is fine But the voltas installation services are very very very poor we called them and they didn’t respond properly. They didn’t send anyone for installation. We waited for 2 days and engaged other technician for installation.
