Best magnesium ever
Best best best. Can’t live without it in my water at night. Tastes like milk when you get the dose just right, which I do.

Too soon to tell. Tasteless at least!
I’ve been using this for the past 2 weeks, I’m not sure if it’s helping. I have absorption problems, so my dietician recommended liquid supplements. I will be getting more bloodwork after 8 weeks, so I won’t know much until then.

Not worth the money
I'm taking twice the recommended amount and I'm still having severe cramps in my legs. Other brands of magnesium have stopped the cramping with the first dose. Not pleased with this product at all.

Great Magnesium Supplement!
I like that is is easy to take...I take a cap full in 6 oz of water before bed...helps me sleep plus all the other benefits...Great Magnesium Supplement!

Strong taste
I know this product was going to have a mineral taste but it’s horrible and very strong. Nothing mask it and I’m not a huge fan of it. I will say it did it’s job and I feel better but I have to find magnesium that does not have a taste.

Don't take more then recommend the recommend because it can give you diarrhea.
Feel very relaxed after taking it but be careful about taking more then the recommend dose because it can give you diarrhea lol.

Great Product
My granddaughter takes magnesium for a medical condition. After taking the magnesium for ten days , her levels were up to where they needed to be. It was a quick, easy order and delivery was here in one day. :)

Not in glass...
I'd rather see it packaged in a glass bottle, and Not in plastic, I don't want any petroleum based chemicals leeching from the plastic. I will not be re-ordering.
