Not Bad
I have had this for two weeks now and use them every day for walking and working around the house. I prefer these over earbuds in places where there is not too much surrounding noise. I don't use these for phone conversations. I would not recommend purchasing this unit if you're planning on using the earbuds often as this is where I think this unit will break.Pros: - Pairing with my iPhone X was very easy - Speaker sound is decent - Battery life is decent - Body is flexibleCons: - Earbuds and retractible connecting wire seem a bit flimsy. - Announcer's voice alerts (e.g. connected/disconnected, battery level) over the speaker seem to always be at maximum volume and does not seem to be adjustable. This is VERY ANNOYING. - Sporadic battery level announcements while using the unit. The battery can be at high, medium, or low when this happens. This is ANNOYING. I would prefer a single "battery low" announcement. I can check my iPhone if I want to see the headphones' battery level. - I sometimes prefer a very low volume. I don't seem to be able to control the volume to be able to get there.Overall, I would recommend this even with its quirks. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for the volume of the announcer's voice.

Great for audiobooks, podcasts, voice, but not so great for audiophiles
I listen to a lot of audiobooks, and often don't want to wear headphones. For that, these are a godsend; better quality than my phone (Pixel 2 XL), louder, and I don't need to have my phone out. Plus I have controls to stop/pause, etc. The sound is loud and clear, saves battery on my phone, and protects the phone by not needing it to be so exposed. It also works well for phone calls. However, it's not private, and might annoy others nearby. It's like having your phone speaker on all the time. Also, while it's nice for background music, it has no bass so isn't good for louder music. Kind of like an old-time transistor radio or small clock radio. It's fine for low volumes, but don't expect great sound. At least it's not distorted. My only actual gripe is that, while wearing them, it's hard to work the controls without inadvertently pressing the button on the opposite side, since you need to hold it stable to press a button. I think it would be better if no buttons had opposing buttons, but rather some buttons on a side, and some on top or bottom. Also, it would be nice to automatically connect when you turn it on without needing to press a button, but that's not a biggie. If you don't like wearing earbuds a lot, or if you're driving, or eating (alone), they work well.I don't usually use the earbuds, as they seem a bit fragile (the cord and retractor part). But so far, they are handy if you need to switch to earbud mode. The earbuds are fairly small and unobtrusive, and sound pretty good.

Specs do not match what I received and Update on usage.
I haven't used these yet but I just received them and the specs on the box do not match the specs they are saying for this item. Bluetooth v5 which it claims the box says v4.1 also talktime they claim is 15 hours and the box says 10 hours. Not that these may not be good headphones I just want to let folks know that they are falsely advertising specs and what you receive is not what they claim from the specs. These bluetooth headphones are horrible and unless you are sitting in a soundproof room the person you are talking to will hear a ton of background noise. These headphones are decent for music but thats it. I drive 3 to 4 hours a day so I need a solid bluetooth that has great battery life and phone functionality which unfortunately this does not have. So if you need a bluetooth headphone to use for phone calls and you are not in a quiet room all day stay away from these.

Great... while they worked
I've owned a lot of neckband headsets like these and these were the best I've yet owned. Unfortunately, they stopped working after a couple of weeks. I plugged them in to charge one night, the light turned red as usual, and now it won't stop glowing red and it won't connect to any of my devices. Thankfully I'm still within the Amazon return window. I'm going to roll the dice on these headphones again for two reasons: 1) their range, and 2) their microphone. I had a couple of dead zones in my apartment with other headphones I've owned but these (along with a Bluetooth 5.0 transmitter I bought) cover my whole apartment so I was very pleased with its range. Also, I've had lousy microphone experiences with the other headphones but this headset was amazing. My voice was crystal clear through this headset. (I didn't try it out as a speaker-phone so I can't comment on that function.)However, after a couple of weeks of use they stopped working altogether. I charged them as normal but the red light indicating it was charging won't go off now and the headset won't pair with anything - yet it still shows up on available devices lists. The on/off toggle switch does nothing now and it won't connect. Really bums me out, I had high hopes for these working.More Notes:-Some other neckband headsets had a longer lasting battery but this device lasted a decent amount of time (battery lasted about +/-15 hours, just as advertised).+ The sound quality of the earbuds is great. It's clear and loud enough with sufficient bass.- The speakers don't sound good at all but that's just because there's a size limitation for what we can wear. There's absolutely no bass with these speakers but I don’t want to wear a subwoofer around my neck and I’m guessing no one else does either. This feature wasn't super important to me so I'm only slightly disappointed with the sound quality.+/- I sort of like their shape. These don't fold like the KKY-992's that I've owned which was nice feature. These are bulky. However, I found the KKY's to frequently spin around my neck which would pull the earpieces out of my ears. These have a comfortable and naturally contoured shape which keeps them squarely on my shoulder and doesn't pull the earpieces out. I have no problem with sacrificing foldability for having them stay in place so I guess I'll put their shape in the "+" column.Overall, these are the best headphones I've owned yet... until they stopped working. But electronics malfunction sometimes so I'm going to give another set a try and just hope this issue isn't a feature of the device. I'll re-evaluate recommending this device until after I've had the new pair for a few weeks. Here's hoping they work...
