This is a good quality Multi-Vitamin that I have been taking a couple of months now. I've enjoyed increased energy I now have to exercise each day.

Source Naturals was out of this product for a short period of time in 2021 and I was very concerned. This product has kept me healthy for 20 years and I recommend it highly. View the ingredients - which includes almost everything thing your body needs.

Excellent vitamin/ mineral combination at a good price. This is well-known and trusted brand. I have used this for years. Does not contain licorice that can raise your heart rate, or iron which may constipate. Contents absorb well, and no fillers. You will notice a rise in energy all day. I take it at noon with lunch not in the morning when coffee blocks absorption. I don't feel tired all evening. Highly recommend.

This one-a-day multivitamin is quite possibly the best value currently on the market, especially with the generous 85mg B complex. Most multivitamins do not include adequate levels of B, not that you can't take a separate B complex if you desire, but the fewer number of vitamins you have to deal with the more convenient & cost effective it is. Of course you may still want to add some extra calcium & magnesium, I've never found a multivitamin that covers those two essentials.

They're vitamins. Haven't made us sick, and we assume that the ingredients are what's listed on the label, so....OK. What kept the 5th star in my keyboard is their size....they're the proverbial horse-pill. Swallowing one is actually an effort, these things are so big! A bit pricey, too.

Have been taking these for about a month now and I do notice more energy where I never noticed any difference before when using other vitamins.
