Organs come out and are realistic. I work for an organ recovery organization. I bought this model to teach my staff how to recover organs for research and to increase their anatomy knowledge on organs and vasculature.

I’m super happy with the product but it arrived with a massive fracture. I’m going through the return process now and will try ordering again. I’m hoping it’s a mishap and not a sign of poor quality.

This is a very well made human torse which displays internal organs. I got this for my daughter as she is studying medicine.

This is for my Anatomy class. It is great for teaching kids as well.

I can see where this could have a lot of uses as a teaching tool. The parts must be put in, in a very particular way, so that could be easier. As far as first impressions, this doesn’t disappoint. It makes visualizing the anatomy much easier. The reproductive organs are tactfully presented, and again are excellent for teaching about the anatomy of the reproduction organs. I think every doctor’s office should have one of these, as it would go a long way to make explanations understandable. I can see where you could use this as a fun game for students by timing them to see who can reassemble it correctly in the shortest amount of time.

Years ago, my daughter took a class for radiology and if this would have been around then, it would have made her Anatomy class so much easier! Now, with age, I find this helpful when the doctors discuss things going on with different organs. But the bottom line is, this will be such a neat useful tool for a student or a visual for a physician's office. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Nothing was damaged. Very nice!

Pieces are a little hard to put back in place, but other than that, this is really high quality. We got it to use for our human body unit. “Bob” (as my kids named him) will be a part of our homeschool for years to come. Be aware that this does also come with both male and female anatomy parts that can be taken apart. Using the female anatomy in the body can hide this fact if you aren’t ready to teach that yet. Nothing is labeled but there is a guide (not very detailed though).
