One major downside of working from home is too much time flexibility and the inherent potential for distraction and procrastination. I found that by 10am every morning I was worn out from having planned and re-planned my day, checking in on social media to distract myself, loading the washing machine when I should have been working, and generally wasting too much mental energy on indecisiveness around silly inconsequential stuff.After pondering planner/organiser apps for a few months I began researching how other freelancers had successfully pinned down how to create a routine out of a messy and unpredictable work and domestic life combo. I found really helpful reviews for a couple of planners but Clever Fox seemed to be the favourite by a clear margin.The pro's:It's beautiful. It feels special (so soft...). It's vibrant sitting there on the desk, and it screams "Use me to make every moment count. You complete me!"It's expensive. Yes, that is a pro. I'm damned sure I'm not going to spend that amount on a planner and leave it gathering dust in a drawer. The expense (ok, and the speshulness) keeps me accountable and encourages me to use it.Speaking of accountability, it's made me realise how much time I waste. Time I could be working, cuddling my dogs (It's become an important daily habit, good for the nervous system, relaxing, inspires creativity), doing fun stuff. I make sure I adhere as closely to the plan as possible and my productivity has increased, as has my newfound ability to take some chill time, guilt-free (it's perfect for achieving a work/life balance).It's removed the brain-ache of "what should i do next out of this massive list" - i've already decided the night before, and anything new or forgotten that comes up I add to next day's "to do" list.It makes you think of other important stuff like making time to see people.There's space to review your week and make notes - something I didn't think I would use, but it's really useful to refer back when planning the following week.There are so many features that I won't go into here, but it's really freed up a lot of headspace for me personally. My decisions for the following day are made at the end of each day when it's less overwhelming, and starting your day knowing that it's planned out for you is what has really worked for me. It's a lovely little piece of kit for anyone who needs to free up some headspace, time and energy.

This planner had improved my productivity, it's well planned, and breaks weekly daily monthly planning into sections for both personal and career tasks and growth.It has a soft leather like casing. A5 pages so plenty big enough but still fits in the laptop bag when travelling easily. At the price I haven't found a better planner.

This planner is really great quality and an ideal gift. It comes in cellophane with a separate instructions booklet inside a quality lidded box which is also in cellophane. As a gift, I highly recommend it.As a planner, I thought I’d love it. I wanted to love it. But I don’t.Pros:- lovely soft padded cover- monthly/weekly/daily planning sections- quality paper so your writing doesn’t show through on the reverse- good sized pocket inside the back cover- elastic pen holderCons:- daily planning section splits the day into two side-by-side halves so you can’t easily block out a chunk of time (if you have to work 9-5 for instance)- to-do list sections are too small- the three ribbon bookmarks are almost the same shade of blue which doesn’t make it easy to find your section in a flash- the sticker sheets don’t fit in the pocket- no interest in the pages devoted to affirmations and gratitudes (I overwrote those titles to use them for 90 Day Goals)- HEAVY. Too heavy to be a portable planner which was why I chose an A5 size in the first placeSummary: great quality, layout needs tweaking, desk planner not a portable one

I've used my planner for a week and so far I'm quite pleased with it. It looks really nice, and I like the layout. It helps you narrow down your focus each day - your main goal, priorities, to-do list and schedule is on one page, so you don't have to flip around. This information is available at a glance so that checking your planner several times a day is more effective. The three ribbon markers help prevent the faff of flipping around - I use them to mark the month, week, and day.I chose the daily because, as someone with ADHD/dyslexia, I have difficulty with executive function and I just don't seem to experience time the way others do. Being able to "see" my day helps keep me on track.It is a little more expensive than the other planners I considered. But the quality is very good - very sturdy with thick paper - so I didn't mind.

Having gone through many planners in the past, with many of them not having the features I'd like to see or having a layout that just did not work for me, I have to say I did not have the highest expectations. Luckily I was pleasantly surprised.In short: the planner is great, probably the best one I have used in years and I have and will continue to recommend it to anyone I believe could benefit from having it. Here is why:The planner is everything that it promised to be, with plenty of space to plan your days and different sections to write out your "to-do" lists. The additional space you get for notes after each weekly section has been extremely helpful, same goes for the the "weekly review" section which helps reflect and improve your productivity with each passing week.Another positive feature is the fact that all the month layouts are one after another and there's enough space in each square to write out any future deadlines, appointments, meetings, concerts or what have you.Overall, it's a great planner and I will be buying a new one in 6 months time.

This has really allowed me to begin my journey of becoming more productive and create healthy habits and routines. I like the layout for the most part it allows you to get super detailed which i think is the point especially when setting goals. Like many other reviews I wish it were for the whole year however I understand the book would be massive. I also wish on each daily page there was a section under productivity to right a brief note about the day, or like a section/page to journal and reflect about how the day went.overall though I am impressed, I probably wouldn't pay full price because to me its too expensive just personally, but i did get it on sale and feel it is worth it for that price 100%

Produkt wie erwartet, alles top! Beschreibung ist präzise. Der Kalender wurde in der klassischen Clever Fox-Box geliefert. Sowohl die Box als auch der Kalender waren von einer Schutzfolie umgeben. Es ist ein schöner Kalender für 6 Monate im DIN A5 Format. Für jede Woche gibt es die Wochenübersicht und darauf folgen sieben Seiten für die Tagesplanung, eine Seite für Notizen und eine Seite für die Reflektion der Woche. Absolut großartig.

I honestly love it. I am RIDICULOUSLY forgetful, and have spent my life (I’m late 20’s, but still, I’ve spent a good 16 years) looking for “The Perfect Planner”. You know, the one that fixes your whole life and magically makes you 100% more organized. Clever Fox’s “Daily” Planner is the one that I think is actually going to do that for me.It has the daily spread, which I love, because I like to get incredibly detailed with my schedule (seriously, insanely forgetful), and weekly spreads just don’t give you the room for that. BUT, it also has a weekly summary at the beginning of every 7 daily spreads! I LOVE this, because it lets me sum up the super important to-do’s for my entire week in one spot so I don’t forget them while I’m focused on my current daily spread. BUT BUT, it ALSO has monthly spreads in the front to put down important dates or vacation times, etc. I love that I have all 3 layouts available, because I track different things with each kind!To talk about some of the more specific features that help make this system work, this planner is COMPLETELY undated, which means that the actual days of the week (Sunday-Saturday) aren’t written in! My work week (for whatever reason, I don’t know, I didn’t make it) runs Wednesday-Tuesday, and with this system, I can actually reflect that! It makes viewing the week so much easier, because I’m not flipping between two weeks to see everything I need to see! Clever Fox’s Daily also has spots to write down monthly, weekly, and daily goals for yourself, and it even gives you different categories to focus on (health, romance, family/friends, spiritual, fun, etc)! I love this, it gives me something to be focused on as I go through my day - and the weekly main goal’s “reward if accomplished” box gives me something to look forward to besides just getting it done! Another thing I love is the weekly review at the end of each 7 dailys! Seeing my growth throughout the weeks is an amazing motivator to keep it up!Honestly, I love every single feature of this planner system, and to list them all would result in a book for a review, so I’ll switch gears and wrap it up with a few points I noticed upon opening the box. She is THICC. A lot thicker than it looked in the pictures, but I don’t mind. (Like from the tip of my thumb to the first knuckle.) The color is gorgeous and rich. It has 3 different ribbon bookmarks to keep your places (I plan to use mine for the current monthly, weekly, and daily spread, but there are other pages you could mark if you wanted). It’s a hardcover planner, so she’s nice and sturdy.This is a planner I see myself using every day, and I am looking forward to it. I’m sure when my 6 months are up, I’ll be repurchasing!
