You have to be VERY careful how much weight you load onto it. This was from doing Jacknives on it, which is one of the recommended exercises. Maybe I just got a faulty product,

Puedes trabajar todo el cuerpo gracias a la resistencia que tienes que hacer al ejecutar los diferentes ejercicios, enfocándote en el core. Las tres ruedas hacen que el movimiento sea sin ningún problema. Además trae una guía de diferentes ejercicios. Y el servicio de la empresa excelente. Los mandaron rapidísimo. Los recomiendo ampliamente.

I needed to strengthen my core and found these by luck. I was surprised by the quality construction and smoothness of the wheels. I’ve been using it for a month now, I can feel the burn! Mountain climbers are much more fun with these in the mix. I also use them as abs rollers. Highly recommend buying 2, even using just a few times a week I promise you’ll feel a difference. Also want to add I really like the exercise options included in the box, great to get me started.

Its perfect, just what I wanted!

As a trainer I own ALOT of fitness equipment and have tried most of the "gadgets" out there, most of which are junk. Not this - it actually does what it's supposed to do and is very well made - quality construction, no sharp edges and sturdy. I've not seen another ab wheel/roller where you can attach a resistance band to both assist and resist your movements. This means you can progress or regress the exercises to your level of fitness. Check out the "core coaster" website and watch the YouTube videos - really shows what you can do with this device. When you watch the videos you'll know why ordering two makes sense. DO read the instructions included and WATCH the YouTube videos. While these are built sturdy if you don't follow the hand/foot placement guidance you can tip them and PLEASE DON'T STAND ON THIS with both feet and be surprised when you wipe out - they are NOT designed for standing on!

I love my core coasters! They arrived already assembled and appear to be very well-made. The wheels are high quality and roll around smoothly. These are challenging, fun, and effective. I intended to buy the AbDolly which I use at my gym, but I'm so glad I bought these instead. Highly recommend.
