Ok Google, turn the lights...
...on/off/cyan/magenta/red/green; it does the lot.Easily one of the best 'Smart-home' purchases I have made. As well as being easily comparable (and better) than other more expensive brands *cough* Phillips *cough*Set up was easy; just download the app and follow the directions from the app/or the instructions included with the bulbs. I'd recommend setting the bulbs up in a bright daylit room. The setup blink can get a bit funky after a little while. I wouldn't recommend setting it up around someone with photosensitive epilepsy. As it does flash, and it is very bright! (I do think the manufacturer should add a warning; or a more obvious warning)The bulbs appear to have two main modes; White mode & RGB (Colour mode)The White mode appears to utilize a white LED, meaning the RGB LEDs are off, and not active whilst White mode is selected. In the white mode the LED is extremely bright, and has no struggles in lighting a large room (even at 50% brightness) the colour of the white LED is a very accurate white, and can look quite cool when compared to other bulbs. I'd estimate the light output to be between 4500k-5000k. This isn't really a negative; it gives a more modern feel, and I'm sure will benefit people with SAD.The RGB mode, not as bright, (but bright enough.) Is excellent at reproducing a large majority of colours. There may be one or 2 colours that are off slightly, but it's only really noticeable if you look directly at the bulb.Works flawlessly with Google Voice assistant. Just make sure that your actual light switch is on. As once this goes off the bulb will no longer appear online. And therefore no longer controllable by your voice. However; don't let that alarm you. You won't have to set the bulb up again everytime. It remembers everything and will stay the way you left it before you turned it off.During my 3 months ownership I have noticed a firmware update come through for the bulb. This was initiated by opening the application. The bulbs have been reliable and have shown no problems whatsoever. I have made my friends and family envious of this neat set up. I'm certain they have or will buy some in the very near future. I know I'm going to buy more once I have my own place.Long of the short:- Does exactly what it says on 'the tin'- MUST HAVE for a smarthome setup (or if you're a tech geek)- Very reasonably price- You get 2 in the box!- Strongly recommend.I apologize for any grammatical or spelling errors. I typed this review up on my mobile, early in the morning without caffeine pumping around my veins. (I'll fix the errors later on.)

Great LED smart lamps ...Better Than HUE and a lot cheaper too
I've bought quite a few of these now both in E27 and B22 format ..the set up is very very easy in the 'Smart Life' app ..the lamps are very bright in white mode and still really bright in colour mode ...there is a myriad of colour settings and the lamps are very very easy to integrate with Alexa.. you can create almost any lighting effect you want just get creative with the app or the Alexa routines...we change change the color of most of the lighting in the house all at the same time with a few words awesome..It really is easier to set up than a Hue system and much much much cheaper.I started out with the Hue system but was unimpressed and the cost is massive.HOWEVER HERE'S THE CAVEAT.YOU WILL NEED a 2.4ghz wifi access point for these lamps ...and all other Teckin products. So either add a dirt cheap access point like a WA901ND ( i got one for my workshop for £10 second hand!!).Or if you can please separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels on your existing router. It really helps if you give the 2.5 & 5Ghz channels different SSID names or use the same name but append the names with 2.4ghz or 5ghz..that's what I did with our archer C9.5Ghz can have a very limited range through traditional building materials (brick/block) anyway even with the modern beamforming MU-MIMO routers...so there's always a reason to keep a 2.4ghz access point running.

Great bulbs. Will buy more
Great smart bulbs, connected straight away without any issues with the Smart Life app. Automatically added to amazon Alexa app.Really bright white light when set to 100% brightness and all coloured light is slightly softer brightness (photo shows the bulb set to low brightness to prevent over exposure in the photo).I’ll be buying more of these.

Excellent bulb, but has some design flaws.
Having bought the Teckin plugs, I chose to buy the bulbs as well to add to my smart home. Teckin had also asked me to review them (Good or Bad)These are very easy to set up and once plugging in, they just flash until the app has located them and paired up.There are some issues though that need to be address, whilst the bulbs themselves work flawlessly - I have had no problems with connectivity or failure. The following faults were identified.1. The "White" is very cold (more like a fluorescent white and fairly bright.2. Changing from the White to any colour will dim the intensity - if white is on 100% it is acceptable - but as soon as you switch to a colour, the brightness drops to about 10-20% even though the slider to adjust brightness is on 100%3. The Philips Hue bulbs are rated at 60w (9w) and these are 60w (7.5w) so you will notice a drop in the luminescence. There are a wide range of colours available and scenes so I have no issue with these settings, clearly there is more work to do to get these bulbs to a stage where they can compete against other smart bulbs. If these issues are addressed by updates then i am more than happy to update my review to a higher star rating, additionally there needs to be more variations of "White" (i.e. warm white, reading white etc).Recommended but at present still need further updates.
