This product contains "the best of both worlds". For those who want to take an excellent high grade source of Omega-3, Krill oil is one of the very best, if not the best. It is usually harvested from Antarctic waters which are cleaner than most. Krill is the name of a small shell fish that is food for whales. Being very low on the food chain it is far purer than and superior to regular fish oil. 500mg, once a day, should do the job which is supposed to help blood flow, lower triglycerides, and serve as a powerful anti-oxidant. Newer brands, especially this one, do not have a fishy smell nor do they yield a fishy burp. Check with your physician as well as checking for possible side effects before taking Krill oil. I don't know how effective this supplement is. I have not noticed much of a change with muscular inflammation do to its antioxidant properties.

started taking the krill oil because of a frozen shoulder. I noticed a positive difference in my shoulder the 2nd day.

It's ok the other name brand one is much better won't buy this one again only bought cause out of other one...

I notice an increase in stiffness if I stop taking it.
