Hardly premium quality
As I wasn't able to get my ginger from my regular suppliers (smaller 'snack' packs), I thought I'd give this a try.If it's being used as an ingredient it maybe okay... But for snacking, be prepared to throw some pieces away or chew them & spit out a lump of fibre.
