I looked all over Amazon for a nice fluffy black wolf/cat/fox tail and this seller seemed to be the best one for what I was looking for. And it turns out I was right! It came in a plastic bag rolled up and the fur wasn't matted at all (super fast shipping too!) The fur isn't scratchy and is very very soft! It comes with an elastic band and a buckle to wear it, and I suggest wearing it with pants that have belt loops. The elastic band stretches very far so it can fit a wide variety of hip sizes. I'm personally 5'3'' and on the skinnier side and the tail didn't look too long or short. It has a bending wire skeleton on the inside so you can position it into a curl, or however you want that stays in place very well. I was impressed with how well made and soft it was!TDLR: Super soft posable tail that's worth the price!

Aside from my daughter thinking there was a dead weasel on the couch when she came home and saw this (why a dead weasel?!?!), it served its purpose well. We needed this for a school play and it easily cinched down small enough to fit my 9-year-old. The length of the tail was perfect, proportionately, as a squirrel tail.

Recently my 7 year old daughter discovered she was an actual werewolf. She was a happy wolf but something deep down never felt quite right....she was missing a TAIL!! So, she saved her money all summer and bought herself and her best friend tails so they could be 2 happy wolves. She says it’s perfect, and the bonus is she can mold it to hold a shape!! I bought this for every day wear and at first I didnt like it because the strap is visible and I couldnt find a way to make it realistic. Then I got the bright idea to cut a hole in a old pair of jeans and stick the tail through and.....as you can see it looks amazing. No lumps and it's so comfortable. It moves like a real tail, with the sway of your hips. You can bend it any way you want to achieve a specific look. I will be ordering again. I bought ears from another seller on amazon and they match perfectly. I will that it is not as grey as it looks in the picture, the gray hairs are more like highlights or accents to majority of white fur

It's a very static and boring-looking tail if I'm honest here. The band stretches thankfully otherwise it wouldn't fit me.The only entertaining part of this is that my cat likes playing with it.

Used as raccoon tails. So cute! They are big and have wire to bend how you like it. Has a big seatbelt like belt which is nice to keep secure. I had to return 2 because they were too big for my kids but worked for me and their mom.

This tail has a semi-stiff wire in it that you can use to bend the "tail" into any kind of shape you want. The adjustable bands are secured by a pretty nice snap buckle that im probably going to "repurpose" once I'm done with this. The straps themselves are stretchy, which makes wearing this comfortable. The faux fur doesn't really shed as far as I can tell.All in all, I was surprised by the thoughtfulness that went into making this prop/costume accessory.Good job!

My garndson's 1st birthday party was Where the Wild Things Are and since Max wore a wolf's costume, I put this tail around the top of a large round piece of wood and placed a crown that I had made from gold glitter paper in the midsle.
