Excellent quality at exceptional price!
I bough t this for my husband as an aid to his artwork, to be honest, not really expecting much for such a reasonably priced item, but the reviews convinced to give it a chance and I am suitably impressed whilst my husband was delighted with his surprise package. Obviously, this has not stood the test of time but on first impressions, it seems very well-made and more than adequate fo4 it’s purpose, especially as one can dim the brightness as well. This feature tends to cost more from what I can gauge. It arrived suitably packaged and in record time so, all-in-all, very happy customers. Thank you!

Really nice product
It is really thin and light. The dimming feature is a nice addition that makes the whole difference. It has a really good brightness which goes through even thick(ish) papers. As it is USB powered it has great mobility and you can even use it with a power bank. Some people complain about a grid when you turn it on but it's just the LEDs with is sorted in an array. It's not a real problem at all for practical use. Any LED-powered light table will be like this.

Great value lightboard for home artists
Lightboard just as described, packaged well and arrived quickly. Really can't get over how thin it is - takes up no space at all in my bag. It works great straight out of the box and is bright enough to allow working at my desk under the skylight, though a slightly dimmer room works best. The free clip that was included was a nice thought, but i like to use masking tape on all four sides so i know for sure nothing is moving out of place at all. My only slight quibble is that the control button doesn't always seem to respond as expected. Sometimes the board brightens, sometimes it dims, sometimes it switches off.. It's not a massive problem as I just keep pressing it until it does what I want. Overall, incredibly good value for the money.

Love it!
This is a life saver with my uni work. I am able to draw very easily and see finer details from pictures etc, it’s also very lightweight meaning I can even carry it about! Highly recommend this product

easy to use and wonderfully lightweight
This product is so easy to use and wonderfully lightweight. I really like that you can alter the brightness as I've found that my old lightbox was too bright and hurt my eyes even with paper over it. Highly recommend, especially for the price!

Compact with good strong light
I bought this product to use with illustrations and it is perfect for this. The light is good and bright and the screen is light and portable. I like the ruler markings along all four sides and the clip provided for keeping papers still when tracing. The USB connection is sturdy unlike the last screen I owned. To be recommended.

Very lightweight, which is good and bad
I bought this light pad to use to trace embroidery designs with, and it works reasonably well for this. It is bright enough, unless I'm using coloured or particularly thick paper; and it's reasonably easy to switch on and off, and to adjust the brightness up and down. However, there are problems. It's very easy to switch off accidentally, just by brushing the on/off area (it's not a switch, just a marked area on the black strip at the top of the light pad). I've lost count of the number of times I've done this, despite the on/off touch pad being on the right of the top of the board, and me being left handed. There's not much of a difference between the brightest and dimmest settings. And for me, this is the worst aspect of this light board: it's incredibly flimsy. Within a few days of receiving this the black strip along the top had bent back and come loose, and the USB cable included with it had bent where the metal part that plugs into the board meets the plastic part of the cable. I didn't do anything to cause this break, I was just using it and it was suddenly loose. It still worked, and I was on a deadline, so I didn't send it back: instead my lovely son glued it all back together and found me a new cable, and I hoped it would be fine. However, it now seems to come apart whenever I use it, and I don't think it'll last much longer. Not good, considering I've not yet had it for two months. To sum up, yes, it works as it should; but it's very lightweight, very flimsy, and it really shouldn't have broken as it did; and the dimming feature isn't that impressive; but it was so cheap perhaps I shouldn't complain! Once this one breaks for good--which I don't think will take much longer--I'll replace it with a more expensive, sturdy version. (For those of you who are interested, it does have a dark grid over the light, with little holes punched in, which is hidden behind an acrylic or plastic screen, but I don't find that this interferes with its use at all, and when I use it I don't see the little dots or holes. Just a smooth white light.)

Good product
It isn't as bright as I'd like but you can still use 300 gsm paper with this. It's good for the price and easy to use. It does run on the warmer side so I don't like to have it on for too long but there hasn't been any problems with continuous usage for couple of hours.
