Work well but look/feel cheap
I will buy again when I run out.Upon first touch and appearance, I thought these were cheap junk. HOWEVER, they actually work well which is what matters. I have not melted any of them with the soldering iron or heat shrink gun. The screws are captured, so they cannot accidentally fall out if you loosen them all the way. I have used them with 22 AWG wire and so-called "premium prototyping wires", and have not had any come loose from vibration or other causes at this point. They solder easily into 0.1" spaced holes. Really the only thing I don't like is that on a breadboard pattern circuit board, you can only put two adjacent 4-position terminals next to each other without leaving a one hole gap between the pairs (i.e. 8 termination points, 1 point gap, 8 termination points).

These are SMALL... the screws strip easily
I ordered these for a project I am working on. I have used a number of similar products in the past. What I didn't realize was how small these are. This may be fine for your application; just be aware. The screws that tighten the leads into place are very small; I have to use my next to smallest jewelers screwdriver with them. And two screws on the first one I used are stripped, though I did not overtighten them. Two of the other screws in the same connector are quite difficult to turn. So I am somewhat disappointed, and would not order them again.

A solution to a specific problem
The five star rating is only relative, any 2.54mm pitch screw terminal is going to be fragile and have limited capacity, if I were rating it relative to an "average" (larger) screw terminal I'd rate it much lower, but for applications where one is stuck with 2.54 pitch these terminals seem to pretty well make the best of a difficult situation.

Not spaced at 2.54mm if you put two next to each other
While the spacing of the pins is 2.54mm as spec'ed if you try to put two of these end to end the spacing between the adjacent pins where the two components touch is greater than 2.54mm so be careful how you space adjacent components. I have found that 3mm between hole centers seems to work well

Great terminal blocks
The terminal blocks are exactly as stated by the seller. They are spaced at 2.57mm (0.1 inch) and fit the blank prototype boards that I purchased earlier. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that one of the terminal blocks did not have any screws in it and they were not in the bag. Otherwise all is well.

I get it next day, all that matters.
Good, works for what I need, screws are fairly light duty.

Not the best
Cheaply made, some work good and some dont open or close. I would choose another brand.

Melts easy with soldering iron
plastic has a low melt temperature and is damaged with soldering equipment easily.
