Napa Valley Naturals Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar (25 Star), 12.7 Ounce

This is my favorite balsamic vinegar, both for taste as well as its thick consistency. In fact, it's so thick that it's almost more of a glaze than a standard vinegar, to the point that I often have to add water when mixing salad dressings with it. But, for a great caprese salad topped with EVOO and balsamic, this is hard to beat!

I am not sure how they really produce this. Probably not up to the decade plus aged Italian balsamic vinegar. Then again it is affordable enough to use every day. We use it routinely in salads, however, be aware that it is sweet enough to splash over ice cream. The standard store bought balsamic is definitely more acetic and it has a place in the pantry as well.

The consistency is thick more like a glaze but it tastes great and works on every dish I make. I love it! This is my second bottle and I won’t go back. Perfect for salads, steaks, recipes!

Très bon produit mais beaucoup trop cher avec Amazon! Moi aussi, j’avais lu qu’il y avait 12 bouteilles… c’est beaucoup trop cher pour une bouteille …50$… Dorénavant, je vais acheter ce produit chez Stonewall Kitchen, à Kittery Maine ☹️

The description says 12X12.7 OZ so naturally I was expecting 12 bottles. I received one! When I tried to return it due to the ridiculous price, I was advised that this item is not eligible. If you are fine paying over $50 for a small bottle of vinegar, then go ahead and order because this is a great brand.
