I have tried quite a few sports multivitamins from reputable brands in the past years but this has got to be the best formulations around. The fact that it also contains a fair amount of K2 and D3 and that everything is naturally sourced is an added bonus. Only three days in taking this and there is a huge difference. I'm at perimeno stage and struggling to find enough energy to last through the day and this is an excellent product.

I think these vitamins are great!After one month of taking them I feel less tired, more resistant to stress. No problems with swallowing.And my nails are MUCH stronger and grow fast.Thank you!

I bought these to bolster my immune system. I liked that they are vegan and the vitamins are from real foods rather than artificial chemicals. Presume the silica sachet is to stop the capsules sticking together, was a bit surprised and uncertain on finding it in the bottle.Would also prefer that they were sold in a glass bottle. Am continuing to buy for the time being.

I rarely leave reviews, but these vitamins are amazing. I have never had so much energy, and I've been using them for the past two months. Very easy to swallow, they don't bother my stomach at all. I have been recommending them to all my friends.

I take multivitamins daily, this was my first try of this brand. Dizziness, nausea and headaches! At first I thought it may be something else, but when I stopped taking them for a few days I was fine, when I took them again, it started again. About an hour or two after taking it, I started to feel rubbish.

Everything about them is great, they are natural, lots of vitamins in but.. I can't swallow them! They aren't easy to swallow at all, I tried twice to take them but just couldn't, as someone who struggles with swallowing tablets and capsules anyway but these are huge and then they start to dissolve in your mouth because it's taken so long to get them down and they taste disgusting, like it just makes feel sick. I would like to have a refund on these please.
