Looked nice but sole is too thin. I returned to change size

Very good for gym
Baught these after beeing told off by gym staff for squatting and dead lifting barefoot. They work very well and are super comfy. Heve not run in them long distances yet so can't comment on the running side of things but for gym work they are the best I have ever had will not go without them again....ever!!!
