I had some foot pain which kept me from running for about 2 months. I was popping Naproxen & Tylenols for 2 months & it was not helping. I don't like going to doctors and read about practicing Rest, Ice, Compression & Elevation (RICE) to help with knee & foot pain. I never believed that this $8 wrap will help, but it did. All it took was 3 weeks of icing my foot, using this wrap with some Tiger Balm and resting it. After 3 weeks I was able to run again. I was truly scared that I was going to need surgery or wasn't going to be able to run again, but thanks to this bandage I am now good to go again.PS: Make sure that you apply the bandage the way that it says on the instructions. I didn't follow the instructions the way it said & woke up with some pain in my foot. I didn't overlap the bandage correctly and it put too much pressure on my foot.

Not compression very thin and see through more like it’s made out of gauze ,could not be used for swelling,sprains etc. It is more like a thin cover that would go over a cast not for use as described.

I liked that it was a very soft fabric as I have a sensitivity to some fabrics. It was comfortable and easy to adjust to fit my foot and leg . It is also washable !!

I purchased these for my mum and she's quite happy with them and because of that i will happily say that they're a good buy at an excellent price.

I could not get compression socks on, not even over my heel. My physical therapist had me try something like this. It does give compression without feeling like you are being squeezed all the time. Most import, they are very stretchy and you can get them on, even with arthritic or weaker hands. This box has one long tube. I cut it so I had two stockings. Now that I know they work great for me, I'll order a longer roll. Just get the right size. They go through the wash fine. This was for edema in my case.

I wanted this for my 14 year old who had to wear a knee brace for his torn meniscus. The brace was irritating his leg. I couldn't find anything like this in the local stores. If you're from Europe then you're use to seeing these elastic bandages everywhere. Thus was the right size for my son who is 5'4" and 110lbs with slim legs. It made 4 knee bandage tubes and cut easily with scissors and didn't fray and washed well too!
