Did not work AND caused GI problems.
Have not noticed any change in weight or appetite, despite taking it every day (as directed) for weeks. Won't buy again.- Updated to add: Caused GI distress (ugh.) Realized this now that I've been "off" this Forskolin for three weeks and noticed that my GI complaints (cramping, the "Big D") are now gone. Since my diet is exactly the same, it's pretty clear that this supplement caused the problem!

Love it!
This product is great! I have not felt bloated since I started taking it and there are no weird side effects. I do eat healthy for the most part and I work out but this has helped curve my appetite so I only eat when I'm actually hungry and I don't get the urge to snack as often. I love this product and have recommended it to several of my friends. Can't wait to hear what they think.

15lbs lighter!
So far so good! I've lost 15lbs using this. I have also been eating healthier but haven't worked out though. I will definitely order another bottle.

It works...
OK product...I does what you want it too as long as you following all the instructions. This pill wont cause you to lose weight all by itself as you still need to follow your exercise program, eat right, and not drink as much beer...

I lost some water weight, maybe a pound or two, but I didn't really notice a difference while taking the product. It made my stool really soft and I had to go to the bathroom more often. But like I said, I noticed no difference.

It keeps you regular but I did not notice any difference in weight or appetite. They are a little hard to swallow as they stick going down. Take with a lot of water.

It's worth the mony
This product worked great, at first I felt the loss of weight from the inside, then I began to see it when my pants got less and less tight, also for me it was gradual and I didn't feel any side affects. Great product, keep up the good work.

i notice a decrease in appetite when i eat. but i haven't noticed much weight loss after a month. still finishing up the bottle but probably wont buy again.
