These worked great. They held the cooling effect for approximately 30 minutes which is all I needed. They were comfortable and easy to use. I bought three of them to alternate some swelling caused by minor surgery. Id buy again.

I had upper lid surgery on both eyes. Great ice pack

After eye lid surgery, I was not able to use this mask the first two days because it was too heavy but after that this is the mask I used because it covered all my eye, it held the cold for over twenty minutes, and it was easier to adjust. Also, it had two round separate disk you could also place directly on your eyes. If you wanted, it can be heated easily.

Saw a few reviews talking about it being smaller so I included a picture. Not sure if they have bigger heads or were sent a different product but this very much covers most of my face, just like the picture. I've used it frozen, cold from the fridge, and warmed in the microwave. It performs as expected. The cloth cover is comfortable and soft. It is a pain in the ass to get onto the mask, which is my only complaint about the product. I've been able to just leave it on the mask when I put it into the fridge or microwave and it's just fine. The freezer is a different story, but that's to be expected. The gel also does indeed stay somewhat pliable, which was a nice surprise to me. I can Velcro the mask nice and tight and it curves perfectly around my face without issue.As far as how long it stays cold/hot: From the freezer, I found it easily stayed cold for the 15 mins I use it for. Same goes for from the fridge. Honestly, I have started keeping it in the fridge as the freezer is just too cold for me (temp sensitivities), but the fridge is perfect and it accomplishes what I need. For heat, I only use that for 5 mins and it stays warm just fine. Putting it on for 30 secs total (5 secs at a time per instructions) seems to be a good butter zone. Only 5 or 10 secs more made it far too hot for me. It does seem to cool a bit faster with only 30 secs, but again, it lasts the 5 mins I need it for.Wasn't a fan of adding in the smaller pads. I noticed a lot of other migraine users mentioning how it got deeper into the eye socket. For me, even without it I can feel the cold in there, and the added pads were uncomfortable. But, certainly worth trying. I still get use out of them keeping them in the freezer for any bumps and scraps someone gets.Overall, this mask is exactly what I needed and then some. It's been perfect for migraines and eye strain. It's comfy, lasts for what I need, and seems very well made and designed. Would fully recommend.

Ought for after eye surgery but it was too firm to mold to face and eyes bag of frozen peas worked the best

I have to get myself another one because my daughter loves it for her headaches. The best part is it comes with 2 removable packs. It adds just enough pressure and stays cold.

The packs froze well but was still able to contour them to my eyes. Stayed cold at least 20 mins
