When the item arrived the coin mechanism that controls the gum balls was missing and the globe that holds the gum balls was sealed so that no gum balls could drop. This was a gift for my grand baby and they don’t even offer a way to replace the item all you can do is return for refund. Lol wanted to give no stars but it won’t let you

No problems, my son got it for christmas. I did order a bag of recommended gum balls to make sure they were the right size. Love that we can use any size coins.

Awesome product

This was a mess when I got it. Shattered glass everywhere (I cut myself in a few places on my hand), there were scratches on the red body of the machine, and the box it came in looked and felt like it had been reused at least 20 times or more. Very flimsy. I called about this, and they sent me a new glass part, and said to just keep it and to not worry about paying. This was also late and was supposed to be my husband's only Christmas present. It now stands in our front room for the grandkids, but I still have to take it apart to get the gumballs out. Everything was broken on this.
