Age Ain't Nothing But A Number

It's true "Age Ain't Nothing But a Number" and the way that Aaliyah put together and out there only confirms. Aaliyah's debut album is almost as old as Aaliyah was when her life was cut short.I've always had a special affection for "Back and Forth" and "At Your Best (You are Love)"; however, after hearing the whole album (several times, I might add) I have fallen in love with her voice all over again. So, much so that I recently purchased One In A Million and her self-titled Aaliyah, all after an VH1 Behind the Music special.It is sad that we will never get to realize Aaliyah's full potential, but there are reminders out there of how special she was and we must appreciate those gifts and her music."Age Ain't Nothing But a Number" is truly a must have album of the late Aaliyah -- one listen and you will be hooked on her voice and will listen to it over and over and over again.

This cd was Aaliyah's debut cd, and it was very nice. R Kelly obviously had alot to do with this project since he can be heard all over it. Aaliyah had a sweet and melodic voice, and I hadn't heard this cd in years. Some of my favorite songs are Back & forth, At your best, I'm so into you, Old school, and I'm down..If you are an Aaliyah fan get this asap!

Classic album!

Aaliyah's debut album K2 24 bit remaster from Japan w/ bonus tracks not on the U.S. release. Great sound quality, and so amazing that Aaliyah was only 14 when the album was produced, and you wouldn't think you were listening to someone 14 years old when you hear this phenomenal album. Aaliyah was an all around beautiful individual, and an outstanding artist. Love this album.

I had the original this one was remastered. The original had her album cover photo on it. But it still plays well.

A fantastic debut album by Aaliyah. Aaliyah's soft vocals work in perfect harmony with R. Kelly's expert production as always. My favourite tracks are, 'Back & Forth', 'Down with the Clique', 'At Your Best You Are Love', ' I'm So into You', and 'The Thing I Like' among others. Highly recommended!
