I think you are supposed to stick the sticky bit to the clothes, not the skin - the manufacturer could do with putting some instructions in there. I had to stick it to my skin as I was wearing a stretchy pink t-shirt and the lines from the patches would have shown - but DONT TO THAT! LOL. The glue is definitely not made to be in contact with the skin I got myself a rash LOL but what to do. If you are using this to stick to a shirt or something I think it would work well, The packaging is pretty and there is a little thank you for buying note from the manufacturer which is a nice touch. Hope they can make thinner ones also that could adhere to the skin with skin-safe glue so that they can be worn under skin-tight garments like sloggi t-shirte etc.

Bad quality adhesive damages clothes. Just threw away the entire pack after using one unit.

I tried this during my Aerobics classes. No more sweat patches are visible. Easy to peel & stick to the TShirt. These pads are best for runners, joggers, in extensive workout sessions . Just remove before wash

These pads are easily seen through your shirts unless you are wearing a sweater or sweatshirt. They aren't that comfortable because the material is on the stiffer side so you risk the pads bunching up.

Not a fan. Not too many in the package for what the listing is, making it not very budget friendly compared to other brands. Not only that but these have been so incredibly noticeable that I would much rather my pit stains be visible instead of these unsightly bulges. The don’t bend nicely, they’re too firm, and they have trouble sticking. I really wanted these to work but just.. no. Absolutely not.
