No the s10 plus has two front facing cameras the s10 only has one. The size is different for both models as well.

Will this protect the screen from breaking if the phone falls face down accidentally?

It's primarily for anti-scratch, but as someone who used to repair phones/tablets at work for employees and put protectors on all devices, TPU does offer a little protection for shatter too. Not much, but that rubber bumper could be the difference between bouncing off hitting a surface and shattering on impact. So yes, a little, but not much.
