I gave it a try... its good
The taste is a little bit sweeter and a little bit dryer compared to previous black garlic i had but this one is cheaper and have more quantity.

Heat fluid a bit to make mixing easier or us small blender.
I mix with fluids to increase flavors. Wonderful!

Excelente.
Muy buen ajo para el consumo diario. Esto lo puedo consumir sin que me deje sabor feo o que me irrita el estómago. Lo único que creo son demasiados ajos y debes tener en cuenta tu consumo porque si te deben de durar por lo menos 3 meses si los consumes diario. Sino los consumes diario o entre más personas tal vez se te puedan echar a perder algunos. Tal vez es mejor que sobre a que falte.
