Good quality. But to big. Should have got a large.

I chopped the end of my thumb off (a decent chunk anyway) using a mandolin chopping onions. Nasty. The local A&E were great and, after a shortish wait, I left with a professionally bandaged thumb. A comically large thumb. Instructed to keep it clean I ordered this XL cover. It wasnt large enough for that initial dressing, but has managed to cover the changed (reduced) dressings. I’m 6’2”, have big hands so am not disappointed. The cover can be cleaned, it does the job of protecting the bandage from dirt and grime which is what I wanted. Not waterproof (obviously) and offers no support - but neither expected or needed. It’s done the job I needed for not very much money. For those of you with decent sized hands who mangle their thumbs and don’t have a clown sized bandage and you want to protect it from grime - this works.

Got this to cover my husband’s thumb as he had cut it at work with a grinder!!! Served the purpose nicely!

I have ordinary length thumbs but this thumb stall never even came down half way

Although described as extra large it was still not big enough to fit over the dressing on my thumb following surgery. It is also very short in length so when the dressing is reduced on next change, I cannot see that it will cover much of my thumb. I did start to set up a return but as Amazon does not pay return postage I will have to pay half the cost of the item to return it. I have put it in a drawer ready for when I find someone with a very short fat thumb that it will fit. Not one of my better purchases off Amazon.
