I've reordered this item a number of times and I believe it does help with my joint aches and pains.

This our 24th order of these capsules so you can see we’ve taken them for years.It was a very subtle change to begin with but now if I forget to take them for a couple of days , I really notice the difference in my joints, especially my hands .I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends, I think I should be on commission!

I decided to give these a try for my stiff swollen finger joints after looking at a few reviews about it.I've been using them for a month now, the capsules are big however the coating makes it easy to swallow and this is coming from someone who is not too keen on swallowing pills to begin with.I have noticed a fair reduction in swelling around the joints, I only regret I didn't take some before and after pictures.These are not going to remove the lumps on my joints but they have improved my dexterity.One thing I never took into consideration when taking these is that I was so focused trying to improve my hand I had overlooked knee pains I have had in the mornings - I had just gotten used to it. It only dawned on me taking them 2 weeks later that I was waking up with no knee pain at all so that was an added bonus. This is something I will be reordering again.

Great product and good value

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!

These seem to have an effect, preventing pain in my joints - Don't expect them to work instantly it takes a few weeks to see any benefit
