Exactly what we needed
These work great. Easy to put on. I didn’t use the glue and they are still snug. However I didn’t get all the colors shown - only 5. But highly recommend for dogs whose nails are difficult to cut.

Shape is not good on smaller dogs
Got these for my old lady Chihuahua mix. They definitely helped her get around better just by putting them on her middle toes on her back feet, however due to the shape I have to cut them open to accommodate her nails. Also, the glue gets everywhere if you're not careful. I'd say get regular nail glue and shove the tip in.Overall the product does what I need it to, but I wish I didn't have to rig it to fit.

They work very good
After reading the reviews, I purchased these for my dog Dottie. because she kept jumping up on me making scratches. I only added them to her front paws not the back. They are working very well as she is trying to chew them off. I had ordered the extra large, which was too big for her so I had to cut them down a bit so they could fit.

Awesome
We got these to help keep the pups from scratching us all up and to help an older dog with traction. I just followed the tips from other reviews and used only a drop or two of glue. I did get a size too big I got Med and should have got Sm we have a min pin. They were really easy to go on and easy to trim. The dogs also seem to not even be phased that they are on. We also have an older dog that slides on hard floors and we are hoping these will help a little only time will tell. P.S. They do seem to help and my grandpuppie she just looks so sweet in the pink. 🥰 None of them seem to mind them even a little. I would just add a drop or two squish the nail together and any excess wipe off on napkin and then slide them on, that easy. ❤️ them

My 11-year-old pug broke two nails with this
Beware that even when you have trimmed the nail caps enough to not touch the skin, as the dog walks and puts pressure on the nails, they in turn push into the skin a little. If any part of the caps rub against the skin, this friction causes pain and abrations. On the other hand, if you have trimmed a cap just enough to not touch the skin when the dog puts weight on it, a small part of the nail is exposed when the paw is off the ground. This exposed area is where my dog’s nails broke. Not sure how, so just guessing that the raw edge of the caps can catch onto rough surfaces like concrete as the dog walks. I think it is relevant to note that the broken nail that seemed worse was one that tends to curve down a little.Once you glue them down there is no easy way to remove them. In my case, I did not want to aggravate the tissue with nail polish remover or other so I didn’t even try. Just bandaged until I could trim the nails, caps and all. In case you are wondering, the glue smells and works exactly the same as superglue, so probably nothing specially formulated for this application. (Superglue is considered generally safe, but you can research it and come to your own conclusions about toxicity.)I gave the caps a try because someone at the vet’s office had suggested that they may prevent my dog from slipping on hardwood floors. Now I regret putting my dog through this pain!PS I did not find that this item in particular was of bad quality, I imagine it is comparable to all the others that are available. I would recommend caution when choosing to use this class of product.

Easy And They Last!
These went on east and stayed on!We have a Jack Russell who gets very excited and loves to scratch us for attention. Even keeping her nails short wasn't good enough to keep it from hurting at times.I was able to put these on her front paws pretty easily using the glue that came with it and I only had to trim two of them to fit.Two weeks later and not one single cap has come off and she is not bothered by them at all. Best of all, we don't get scratched anymore.Well worth the money for sure.

Not worth the trouble.
If your a little messy putting them on, it sticks to the fur on the paws. Some stick well others fall off for no reason. They make clicking sounds on the floor and it’s annoying. We decided it wasn’t worth the trouble.

Helps my senior pup grip
I kept getting ads for some rather expensive toe grips, so I searched for something more affordable and came across these. I put these on my dog expecting them to either fall off or have to take them off within about a month. The tips did come off but the function remained the same. My senior dog walks on our hard floors sooooo much better. I only put 3 on each front paw. I need to do the back paws now. I put them on over a month ago and I don’t intend to replace them until his nails have grown out to the point where I have to trim these completely off.I did buy human nail glue separately after reading reviews. The sizing chart worked perfectly for my dog. 55lb cattle dog mix.
