Good product but there are some drawbacks
I purchased this as my EDC first aid kit. Its great for its size and it fits well on my EDC bag. However some things to consider are that the flaps are held together with 2 elastic bands that prevent the pouch from opening fully. This can make it difficult to put things in ot take them out of the pouch. Also there is a pocket on one of the flaps that opens to the bottom of the pouch. Its not very large and will not hold much but the placement of the opening is quite odd and makes it difficult to pull things out of. All in all this is a good first aid kit for my EDC bag despite the drawbacks. The MOLLE attachments on the back are wonderful for attaching the pouch to any compatible webbing.

its not as nice as a kit that costs double in price but ...
The product delivers what it says it does, its not as nice as a kit that costs double in price but come on what do you expect. I bought this kit to put inside my Jeep it will work for me I am not an EMT by any means. The kit I bought came with everything it advertised and I will add more as I go. I did not want to leave a hundred dollar plus kit in a car to have it stolen in a parking lot but some crook. The kit has the basics and would save a life if pressed into service.

Good piece of kit for beginners.
I bought this kit hoping to carry it as an emergency reaction kit when I deploy from the helicopter. The pouch itself is designed rather oddly. There is an interior pocket on the drop side that is designed to be accessed while wearing the kit. In other words it opens at the bottom of the pouch. This would be fine if you didn't have to fight to pull the drop portion down far enough to reach into the pocket. Beyond having to fight with the pouch the equipment is basic with most of it being bandages with some over the counter meds. I kept the trauma shears and repacked the kit with my own medical supplies now it is a useful piece of kit Instead of a wannabe. Good for someone with no prior advanced medical skills but anyone with training will need to add their own essentials. BTW, what they are calling a blood stopper is a pressure bandage so don't think you're going to be receiving an actual chitosan bandage or anything similar. I knew about this from reading the previous reviews but still feel the description is a bit misleading. Overall, a good place to start from. If you have any training buy the empty pouch then purchase the items you really believe you'll need.

Better than "first aid" kit
Exactly what I wanted. I bought one for my truck and one for my wife's car along with CPR masks. I'm first aid/CPR trained but if I witness an accident on the road and have to act as first responder the last thing I need is a "first aid" kit full of knuckle bandages, antibiotic ointment, and tweezers. If i need to help someone it's probably going to involve some large wounds not a scraped knuckle. This is a trauma kit that could actually save someone's life.

Life Saver
This kit is a great one time use life saver kit. Best for when help is a distance or time away, which is all the time in todays world. Supplies in the kit I ordered came a bit askew. Not packed in a professional manner but loosly tossed in and missing the listed include gloves. Add some of your own supplies and increase its function. Great idea for all hunters and law enforcement to carry. Shooting ranges should stock 1-2 for those once in a life time accidents.

Good bag and minimal contents, needs upgrade to become a life-saver
Good bag and good contents for good price. The bag has a good quality, but the internal straps and rubber bands are not ideal for me, not exactly I thought from the picture.I've upgraded this kit: CAT tourniquet instead of included short silicone; Israeli Field Dressing instead of included wound bandage; Cellox/Quikclot; small tiny flashlight. Only then it becomes a life saving tactical kit.

Buy it but repack it for yourself.
Full of good stuff but too much of what you don't need and not enough of what you do. Also for a trauma kit I figured everything would come sterile packaged. Nope. Half of it is out in the open. Big pouch though, so you can take out what you don't need and add a lot more good stuff like I did.

Good kit
Product is "as advertised" and I was pleased with it. The pouch is just large enough to contain the materials it comes with. I was hoping that the pouch would be a bit larger, to allow addition of some quik-clot or an israli bandage but this is not the case.
